Billing questions
Not per call. You pay for a tier, monthly or yearly. When the quota runs out you are rate-limited; there is never an overage bill. We would rather not charge you for a loop you wrote by mistake.
Sign in and upgrade from the dashboard. It takes effect immediately, the new quota is live at once, and you keep the same API key — no code changes.
Yes. Within 7 days of a monthly payment or 14 days of a yearly one, a full refund goes back the way it came provided you stayed inside free-tier usage. If you have already used Pro-level volume, we refund the remainder pro rata.
No. The free tier is a tier, not a trial. Any change to its quota will be announced on this page in advance; we do not cut quotas quietly.
It stays. Saved backtests are not deleted — new ones simply stop being stored once you are past the lower tier's cap. Keys beyond the new limit are deactivated rather than deleted, and come back if you upgrade again.
